In this capitalistic oriented world they are considered to be the most vital part. They are the ones who take the credit for profit and they are the ones who control the funds. This requiress a lot of hard work and fulfilling the demand of that particular area. They are the ones who provide satisfaction for our needs and get benefited in exchange for supplying the same. Their main focus depends on the gain of profit with a product or service.
There are various types of entrepreneurs in the marketplace. As with the upcoming of technology and services, there are entrepreneurs satisfying everyones needs. In today’s world entrepreneurs are much more developed compared to old days.
There is no way to calculate risk. Risks are determined by probabilities. There are many methods by which their degree or frequency can be evaluated. Entrepreneurs are responsible for both as decision maker and performer. They provide you the answer to straightaway and long term requirements, which are really unattainable, even when business procedures are carefully analyzed.
They are planners for increasing their resources. They mix the factors like land resources, capital, labor and other sources which helped in make the products which would meet the demands of a person. He being the organizer, he has the power of leading and is the leader. Organizers have the right to set things in their proper place. A leader should have a mixture of abilities and values which will support the group.
